Raj is an excellent manager and an even better ceative director. Personally reporting into Raj as
a graphic designer, I was able to absorb a multitude of knowledge from his many years of industry experience. Raj approaches creative problems from all angles - ensuring the desired outcome is fit for more than its intended purpose and future proof - asking questions no one else would have thought of. Furthermore, it is clear he has the creative eye for exciting and innovative design solutions to a range of print based and digital campaigns, able to identify the best visual language for any given project in line with it’s tone of voice. I worked closely with Raj to deliver a series of business critical projects centered around the theme of Sustainability, including two Corporate company wide Sustainability videos, and Coats 2020 & 2021 Sustainability Reports, showcasing progress made towards the company's Sustainability Targets, and developing a strong, creative brand identity for Sustainability at Coats. I joined Coats originally as an intern.
