Mission

To evolve the Coats brand by encouraging creative flexibility while protecting consistency, enabling teams to express the brand with confidence across markets and channels.

Solution

I created a comprehensive brand playbook that defined tone, visual rules, and creative principles—while also demonstrating how to “play” within them. The guidelines empowered teams to be expressive and experimental without losing brand integrity.
